We ship all over Egypt within 2-4 business days
(Delays may occur due to national holidays)
International orders fees and duration vary depending on the destination. All international orders fees and duration will be calculated upon checkout after entering the delivery address.
Important Notice: Fees calculated will exclude any import duties charged by the destination country, in the case of any import duties paid, the client will be asked to pay for the duties upon delivery.
Exchanges for Domestic Orders (Egypt)
We offer a free return collection service to all purchases meeting our exchange policy. However, the customer will be charged for the delivery of the new order. (Only applies to orders in Egypt).
Request an exchange by contacting us at exchanges@pedaloswimwear.com. All exchange requests must be placed within 7 days from the delivery date.
Exchanges for International Orders
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer exchanges or returns for international orders.
